BBQ CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup (125 mL) Savör Ketchup
1/4 cup (60 mL) Savör Blackstrap Molasses
2 tbsp (30 mL) Savör Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp (30 mL) brown sugar
2 tbsp (30 mL) Savör mustard
1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
1 lb (500 g) chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch (1 cm) pieces
12 leaves Boston lettuce
1/2 cup (125 mL) thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded Savör Marble Cheddar Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In small bowl, combine ketchup, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet set over medium-high heat; cook chicken, stirring occasionally, for about 8 minutes or until well browned and cooked through.
  3. Toss chicken with prepared sauce. Divide evenly among lettuce leaves.
  4. Top evenly with red onion and Cheddar. 
  5. ​

TIP    Mix and match with your favorite toppings – try chopped avocado, diced pineapple, shredded carrots or chopped green onions!
