SAVORY BAKED BRIE WITH SUNDRIED TOMATOES, CAPERS AND OLIVES

INGREDIENTS
1 (200 g) Savör Double Crème Brie round
1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped Savör Pitted Kalamata Olives
3 tbsp (45 mL) chopped Savör Sundried Tomatoes
2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped Savör Capers
1 pkg (170 g each) Savör Sea Salt Multigrain Flatbread Crackers
2 apples, cored and cut into wedges 
INSTRUCTIONS 
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Unwrap Brie; place in 8 x 1-1/2-inch (20 x 4 cm) oval baking dish. Top with olives, sundried tomatoes, and capers.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until softened, gooey, and lightly browned.
  4. Serve baked Brie with crackers and apples. 
TIP  
  • Use crisp, tart apples, such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp to balance the creamy rich flavor of baked Brie.
  • Use a store-bought caramelized onion jam to accompany and surround the baked Brie.
